Luxurious Sunset Dinner on Yacht with Chef Ezio Gritti 2 Michelin Stars and tasting of Schidione wine Castello di Montepò, a Super Tuscany dell’azienda Jacopo Biondi Santi 02.07.2021
A unique and exclusive event scheduled for Friday 2 July, Chef Ezio Gritti 2 Michelin Stars will create a pairing menu for the tasting of Schidione Castello di Montepò Wine, a Super Red Tuscany of excellence from the Jacopo Biondi Santi winery on a fantastic Yacht for only 20 guests.
Only for 20 guests on July 2 at 5 pm the entrance of the Yacht will open and will be the location for the tasting dinner created by the 2 Michelin-star Chef Ezio Gritti for the tasting of Schidione Castello di Montepò wine, a super Tuscany of the company Jacopo Biondi Santi. The Yacht will set sail to move away from the port to make the welcome aperitif based on oysters and rosé wine from the same company that will begin as sunset approaches even more suggestive. The soundtrack of this fascinating gala dinner will be entrusted to the Italian duo Dual Shock and the international singer Rossitza Bordjieva.

Breast and leg of quail in a light sauce with Schidione super tuscany wine mashed potatoes and figs with passito di Cipro.
