The farm of the Cimarelli family of winemakers is located in the municipality of Staffolo in the province of Ancona (Marche), in the southern area of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classic. The family’s commitment is towards extremely careful work in the vineyard, with careful selection at harvest, from well-followed vinifications, to enhance the qualities of the grapes of the native vines grown in this historic wine-growing area.
