Almost 250 visitors registered during the opening day for the opening of the Marteona Restaurant on April 17, 2021 in Poseidonos Ave – Avanti Village Plaza – 8042 Paphos, Cyprus. The day began around 11:30 with Discovery Day, an event that sees the physical participation of some manufacturing companies distributed exclusively by Marteona in the territory of Cyprus. The intent is to make the products known through direct meetings with companies and to have the opportunity to know particularities and characteristics that only the producer himself can faithfully report. The companies present during this first appointment were: Jacopo Biondi Santi (Castello di Montepò), La Palèrna, Marramiero and Fattoria Bonaparte on the island of Elba. To accompany the wine tasting, visitors were offered some dishes made by the restaurant’s Michelin Brand Chef, Marco Bistarelli.
In addition to the presence of personalities such as the president of the Cyprus Sommeliers Georgios Kassianos and the First Secretary of the Italian Embassy in Nicosia, Mr. Ernesto Pianelli, there was also the participation of the envoys of the Magazine Cyprus in Style, of the director Mr. Francesco D’Agostino of the Italian magazine Cucina & Vini and of the Russian TV led by the General Producer Mrs. Tatiana Magnitskaya.
During the evening, after a tasting buffet, the gala dinner took place which had already registered full booking on the previous Friday.
Certainly could not miss the entertainment that was excellently performed by artists such as the famous singer Rossitza Bordjieva, DJ Alsio, AriaM and Darian Alen Ray.
