Marteona, the fusion of the names of Youlian’s two sons, Mario and Teona, begins in June 2020 with an idea of Italian-style street food. After a short period of collaboration with Antonio D’Onofrio for the marketing part, the two decide to create a new, unique, modern and original project. The Marteona Project is a business idea that is based on collaboration between companies and which carries out its activities between the high quality food and beverage sector, that of events and tourism.
For us, the location of our restaurant is just the place where we can give life to ideas and realize them.
I have dedicated many years of my life to catering and have had the opportunity to meet special people who have helped to rapidly increase my experience. With Marteona Street Food I wanted to create the means to express my vision of catering and above all of the made in Italy product. Also, to enclose my passion in something to dedicate to my two sons Mario and Teona (MarTeona).
The meeting with Antonio was casual but from the first moment I realized that he was that missing link to create something special from a professional and personal point of view. I take care of the management, control and all the executive part of the activities aimed at the realization and enhancement of the Marteona project.
I accepted to manage the Marketing part of Marteona Street Food because I found in Youlian a person who, in addition to having a considerable amount of experience in food and beverage, has immediately shown that he loves and believes in his work. He, like me, believes in passion and considers profit a consequence of the result. Now I take care of the administrative and commercial part and together with him in the conception and implementation of new ideas aimed at enhancing the Marteona project.
I believe that the choice of the 2 CEOs is already an element that characterizes our business idea that has a modern vision and an agile organization. This type of organization gives us the ability to maintain a high-level overview with leadership on all aspects of the company without the feeling of having to know everything about everything and be everywhere at the same time.
