On the occasion of the “Discovery Day” tasting event of 17.04.2021, Marteona LTD is pleased to present the menu of the Tasting Dinner created by our Starred Brand Chef Marco Bistarelli and Our Executive Chef Rodolfo Carillo.

Starry aperitif accompanied by the notes of the cellars of: Marramiero, Jacopo Biondi Santi, La Palerna, Fattoria Bonaparte.

  • Fried shrimp and vegetable bread.
  • Fried fish and vegetables.
  • Scrambled eggs cake with Bianchetto fresh truffle.
  • Beef carpaccio and fresh Bianchetto truffle from the upper Tiber valley with salad.
  • Selection of exclusive Marteona cold cuts and mixed cheeses accompanied by homemade Focaccia Genovese.

Accompanied by the wine you will choose during the tasting with the advice of the Cypriot sommelier Georgios Kassianos.
