Starry aperitif accompanied by the notes of the cellars of: Agriverde, Corrado Meinardi, “Il Cravè” Podere Albino, Poggio le Volpi
- Parmesan lollipops.
- Mini toast with Cinta Senese raw ham.
- Cinta Senese salami rolls and cyprus grapes.
- Quail egg, cherry tomato and basil.
- Eggplant parmigiana by Ezio Gritti.
- Risotto with courgette flowers, nuances of lemon peel, passito reduction.
- Baked sea bass escalope, a rainbow of seasonal vegetables and a light seawater sauce.
- Papua vanilla parfait, Cyprus raisins and extra bitter chocolate cream.
