Il Pino e la Querce is a Tuscan farm founded by Giulio and Lorenzo Lucci brothers and business partners in September 2013. The pigs raised are not the typical pink pigs we all know, but the company has decided, after a thorough investigation, to raise pigs of the Cinta Senese breed, a very rustic, indigenous breed that adapts very well to wild breeding. The peculiarities of the farm are mainly two: the first is that of being a closed cycle farm, that is, the pigs to be slaughtered are born and grow under our supervision. The other peculiarity is that of using only the cereals that we produce on our land without going to buy industrial feed. This allows us to grow our animals in the most natural way possible without forcing the growth in such a way as to guarantee their well-being and at the same time create an added value to the cereals that are produced on the farm.
