Marteona Aperitivo 22.08.2020 Special Edition “Umbria”
Sunday 22.08.2020 from 8.00 pm new appointment with the Marteona Aperitivo a moment of transition that prepares for dinner, perfect for sharing ideas, meetings and brilliant conversations over a good glass of wine and an assorted buffet of specialties of Italian cuisine.
A special edition dedicated to the Italian region of Umbria with mixed fried and a revisited version of pasta alla norcina with fresh handmade pasta topped with cream, truffle, porcini mushrooms and our Italian sausage marteona.
After the numerous participation of the last edition we must request a reservation to better organize the event.

– Penne alla Norcina ‘revisited version’ (Fresh handmade pasta, with cream, porcini mushrooms, truffles and the special Italian sausage produced by Marteona)
