Description

Pale straw yellow. The nose is expressed with clear floral notes of jasmine with delicate clotted hints. On the palate it is dry and enveloping, with good acidity. Food matches: Sea and land appetizers, soups, first courses, soft cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
