Description

Very delicate paste of porcini and mushrooms. Ideal for hors d’oeuvre, toasts, omelettes, main dishes,
sauces, meat and au gratin dishes, on its own or with cream or mayonnaise. Once opened keep
refrigerated and use in 5 to 6 days.

Ingredients

Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus and relative groups), Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and relative
groups) 40%, corn oil, salt, garlic, flavourings.
