Description

It is produced in Contrada San Francesco, a renowned wine-growing area in the D.O.C. Classico di Staffolo, where the production sites and the altitude contribute significantly to the finesse and aromatic expression of the wines. Only the best and most mature grapes are harvested in low crates to leave the bunches intact, which are immediately transported to the cellar and squeezed with a pneumatic press in order to obtain only the best part of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After a short period of maturation, again in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled and left to rest before being sold.
