Thursday 27.08.2020 from 20:00 special appointment with the Marteona Gala Dinner. Guest of the evening the famous singer Rossitza Bordjieva who will perform some successful songs of her career. The menu has been designed to offer all participants the opportunity to appreciate Italian products such as burrata, buffalo mozzarella, gorgonzola, Marteona sausage, porcini mushrooms and the precious Alba truffle and, to give greater prominence to the flavors , a selection of some bottles of wines from the Cantina di Negrar will be available to match each course provided by the company “Alla Spina” from Limassol.

– Prosciutto di Norcia and melon served on a bed of Marteona salad with iceberg, rocket, dried tomatoes, burrata and gorgonzola and cherry tomatoes and balsamic reduction.

– ‘Pollo alla Cacciatora’ chicken with buffalo mozzarella accompanied with seasonal vegetables.
