The Winery of the Cimarelli family of winemakers is located in the municipality of Staffolo in the province of Ancona (Marche), in the southern area of ​​the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classic.

The appellative “Classico” is reserved for a smaller area with an older tradition of cultivation of the Verdicchio grape.
It is spread over 8 hectares of specialized vineyards, but new plants are planned, and is located for a part in the immediate vicinity of the village at about 380-400 meters above sea level, whose vineyards are mainly used to produce the “Fra Moriale” selection; the remainder in the “Coste” area from which the grapes for the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi “Classico” and those of Montepulciano and Sangiovese for the Rosso Piceno and “Grizio” Rosso Piceno come.
