Description

Collio is a blend of Tocai, Sauvignon and Riesling partly from field blends, partly from assembling barrels of single varieties. The three vine varieties are particularly suitable to be vinified together as they are complementary: the high acid quality of the Sauvignon and the Riesling from Collio allows to harvest the Tocai in an advanced state of maturity, when its bouquet and polyphenolic content has reached a superior finesse.
